The Spring Lakes HOA recognizes the unsettling impact of frequent blasting taking place within the Cattail Run development and has registered concerns with the Loudoun County Fire Marshal and the Pulte contractor representative at Maine Drilling and Blasting. We’ve been informed that the Fire Marshal is monitoring the situation closely to ensure compliance with regulations and we’ve been advised the blasting is expected to continue for another 1 to 2 months.
