Dear Residents,
We hope everyone is enjoying the tennis courts this season. However, it has been observed and reported that some rules are not being followed, which may cause damage and unnecessary repairs. Residents and their guests are expected to abide by the rules and conduct themselves accordingly. Individuals who do not comply with the rules or conduct themselves inappropriately can be asked to leave. If you observe anyone not following the rules, you are encouraged to remind them to follow them or report them to the undersigned.
To help ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience, please read and adhere to the following tennis court rules:
- No pets or glass containers are allowed on the courts.
- Alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
- No skates, skateboards, bikes, scooters, or similar items are permitted on the courts.
- Tennis shoes/sneakers must be worn at all times.
- No food, gum, or smoking is allowed on the courts.
- Climbing or hanging on fences or nets is strictly prohibited.
- Ensure the gate closes securely when exiting.
- The courts close at dark—trespassers will be prosecuted.
- The courts are closed annually from December 1 through March 31.
- If others are waiting, please limit your play to 1.5 hours.
Additionally, we would like to remind residents who have completed the access application that sharing access codes is strictly prohibited. Sharing codes compromises the security of our facilities and may necessitate changing the codes, leading to unnecessary expenses and potential increases in assessments. If it is discovered that codes have been shared, we will need to change them at cost to the Association.
Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our tennis courts safe and enjoyable for all.
