HOA Payment Options & Instructions

We want to remind you of the various options available for making your HOA payments. Below, you will find detailed instructions on how to pay online, set up automatic payments, or submit payments by check.

1. Pay Online

PMP offers two online payment platforms:

a. MyAccount (https://myaccount.pmpbiz.com)

(Do not include “www” in the search bar)
Through this portal, you can make one-time payments, set up automatic payments (ACH), check your account balance, access community documents, and submit architectural requests.

Login Instructions:

  1. User ID: Your account number
  2. Temporary Password: [Provided by PMP]

To make a one-time payment:

  1. Go to the E-Pay tab
  2. Select One Time Payment and choose either eCheck or eCard
    1. First Citizens Bank charges a 2.95% processing fee for credit card payments
    2. One-time ACH payments have a $2.25 per transaction fee

To set up recurring payments (ACH):

  1. Go to the E-Pay tab
  2. Select Recurring
  3. Click on Add ACH and follow the instructions

Important Notes:

  1. Before setting up recurring payments, please make a one-time payment for any outstanding balance.
  2. ACH payments are processed on the 5th business day of the billing cycle and may take 24-48 hours to reflect in your bank account.

If you need to reset your password, navigate to:

  1. Application tab → User Profile tab → Password section

b. PropertyPay (https://propertypay.firstcitizens.com)

This website is strictly for making payments. To check your account balance, visit MyAccount.

To sign up for automatic payments:

  1. Click on Sign Up
  2. Register with your name, email, phone number, and property details (Management ID, Association ID, and Account Number—found in your welcome letter)

To make a one-time payment:

  1. Click Pay Assessment
  2. Register your property with your Management ID, Association ID, and account number

Important Note:

  1. First Citizens Bank charges a 2.95% processing fee for e-card payments and a $2.25 fee per one-time ACH transaction. There is no fee for scheduled ACH payments.
  2. For PropertyPay technical issues, contact First Citizens Property Customer Service at 866-800-4656.

2. Sign Up for ACH (Automated Clearing House)

ACH payments are processed on the 5th business day of the month by PMP’s Finance Team.

To enroll:

  1. Complete the below ACH form and send it with a voided check to [email protected] or mail it to our corporate office.
  2. Alternatively, enroll online via MyAccount:
    1. Go to E-Pay tab
    2. Select Recurring
    3. Click Add ACH and follow the instructions

3. Pay by Check
