Dear Spring Lakes Residents,
We are pleased to announce that the Spring Lakes Pool Party Registration Form is now available for residents who wish to host a pool party during the summer season. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, please review the following important information and guidelines before submitting your request:
🏖 Pool Party Guidelines and Requirements
- Parties must be scheduled at least 7 calendar days in advance to allow time for lifeguard coordination.
- Pool parties are only permitted during normal pool hours, between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
- No more than two (2) parties will be scheduled per day, with at least a one-hour break between events.
- Confirmation of your party does not guarantee a specific area of the pool. Space is on a first-come, first-served basis.
- If your party exceeds the registered number of guests, extra attendees will not be permitted entry until the Pool Manager determines lifeguard coverage.
- Hosts will be informed in advance if additional lifeguards are required, and will be responsible for covering associated costs.
- Payment for additional lifeguards is due 48 hours in advance by check made payable to Spring Lakes Homeowners Association. This fee is non-refundable once staffing is confirmed.
- The Host must be present throughout the event and remain on-site until all guests have departed.
- Adequate adult supervision is required for parties involving minors (under 18 years of age).
- Hosts are responsible for the conduct of all party attendees and ensuring all pool rules are followed. Rules are posted at the pool and available on the HOA website.
- Alcohol, glass containers, and breakable dishware are strictly prohibited within the pool enclosure.
- Hosts are expected to leave the area clean and orderly after the party.
- Damage caused by any guest will be the responsibility of the Host and must be reimbursed to the HOA.
- The Board reserves the right to deny or restrict party requests if the event impedes normal pool use or lifeguard scheduling.
- In the event of weather-related pool closures, parties may be rescheduled in coordination with the Pool Manager.
By submitting the form, you agree to all of the above conditions and pool rules, and accept full responsibility for the actions of your guests.
