Dear Spring Lakes HOA Resident,
To improve parking availability and flexibility for Spring Lakes townhome residents and reduce the number of cars parked on Forest Spring Dr, the Board of Directors passed a new parking Resolution during the May 21st Board of Directors Meeting.
“Resolution 2026-02” requires a visible parking permit issued by Spring Lakes HOA to be displayed on all vehicles using Spring Lakes HOA common area parking spaces in the townhome section.
Vehicles not displaying a valid hang tag parking permit after July 15th, 2026 will be subject to enforcement including towing. Townhome residents and their guests are encouraged to always use their garages and driveways first as their intended primary parking area.
Townhome members may request 1 Resident and 1 Visitor parking permit hang tag (Permit) per property address by submitting the attached Vehicle Registration Form for each vehicle registered to their Spring lakes townhome property.
Resident vehicles with properly displayed Permits may use common area parking spaces for an unlimited number of days. Spaces are unassigned and available on a first- come, first-served basis. Residents are encouraged to alternate the spots they use.
Visitor vehicles with properly displayed Permits may use common area parking spaces with a limit of (5) five days in any individual parking space, on a first-come, first-served basis. Visitor tags are not to be used for Resident vehicles.
Parking Permits are non-transferable and must be returned to management upon sale or lease of the property. There is a $25 charge for the replacement of lost or unreturned hang tags.
Tenants must have a tenant registration form from your landlord on file with the Management office and return Permits at the end of the lease.
