Spring Lakes Residents,
The Board of Directors continues to investigate possible solutions to an issue regarding many vehicles parked on Forest Springs Drive. One solution that is being reviewed is the possibility of implementing a program with Loudoun County called Residential Permit Parking Districts (RPPD). This program requires townhouse residents to register with the County to get permits, and allow only those vehicles with permits to park along Forest Springs Drive. While Spring Lakes previously did not have enough community interest to keep the program open, Spring Lakes Board of Directors has decided to reopen the program. A special meeting can only address a one topic. In this meeting, the Loudoun County Department of Transportation and Capital Infrastructure (DTCI) will be presenting the process to implement a RPPD on Forest Springs Drive.
