Dear Spring Lakes Residents:
Memorial Day weekend is almost here and we want to get you prepared for the 2026 pool season.
The pool opens Saturday May 23, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Please take note of the 2026 pool hours:
AFTER Memorial Day, when Loudoun County Public Schools are in session
Monday through Friday 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Saturday and Sunday 10:00 am – 9:00 pm
When Loudoun County Public Schools are out of session for the summer
Monday through Sunday 10:00 am – 9:00 pm
When Loudoun County Public Schools are back in session
Monday through Friday 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Saturday and Sunday 10:00 am – 9:00 pm
The pool will once again be managed by Premiere Aquatics.
Pool Party Registration
As a reminder, residents who wish to host a pool party need to submit their request 7 calendar days before the party. The request form can be found on the Spring Lakes website @https://springlakesleesburg.org
CellBadge pool passes
A one time CellBadge registration is required for all full time residents, nannies and caregivers. Do not add anyone not living in your house; non residents can come to the pool as your guest. Once approved, residents enjoy seamless check-in just by telling the lifeguards your last name.
If you need to request to add a new family member, sign into your account at http://cellbadge.com/springlakes/. In the “Enter or Update Household Members” section enter the account email you used to set up your household and follow the instructions.
Renters need to confirm their landlord has submitted “tenant registration form” and provided a lease proving residency through the pool season to the associations property manager, [email protected]
If you are a new owner or have not previously registered:
1. Log on at http://cellbadge.com/springlakes/. It is recommended you download the app.
2. Go to I Need… to Register section. Click on the green “REGISTRATION” button for initial add request and begin the process.
3. Go to the “Not Approved Yet? You need to register” section. Fill out the Initial add request form.
4. Once your registration is verified, you will receive an email message to complete your registration. Your registration will remain pending until you complete the next step.
5. Follow the link in the email and fill out the “Registered Previously or Approved” section. Enter in your email address and mobile number and hit the “Request PIN” button.
6. The PIN number will be sent via text to your mobile number. Enter the PIN number on the CellBadge Website.
7. Once you are into your account, complete your name and information. Add every member of your household that is living at your address, you may include Nanny’s and caregivers. As a reminder Do not add anyone not living at your home; they can come to the pool as a guest.
We suggest you begin the pool pass process immediately in order to resolve any unexpected problems.
