This serves as a friendly reminder regarding the use of the tennis court access code. We’ve noticed some residents have been experiencing difficulties entering the code correctly and then pulling down on the handle repeatedly causing damage to the clutch assembly, which has led to numerous repair expenses and an inconvenience for the other players.
To help preventing damage to the locking mechanism and to ensure a smooth entry process please make sure you are using the correct code and entering it slowly and accurately.
Please make sure this information is shared with everyone listed on your tennis court application form.
