Spring Lakes HOA & Premier Aquatics Pool Party Policy
- Lifeguards cost $45 per hour. A three (3) hour minimum is required per event.
(Examples: 1–3 hours = $135, 4 hours = $180, 5 hours = $225.) - Hosts are provided 30 minutes for setup before the event and 30 minutes for cleanup after the scheduled event time at no additional charge.
- The host member will be billed an additional $45 if the party or cleanup extends more than 30 minutes past the scheduled end time.
- One (1) additional lifeguard is required for every party with 20 to 50 swimming guests.
- During open pool hours, an additional lifeguard is not required for parties of 19 or fewer guests, and no additional fee is required.
- All requests are honored on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Only one (1) party may be scheduled at a time, with a one (1) hour interval between parties on the same day.
- Requests must be submitted at least seven (7) calendar days before the event date.
- Additional lifeguards may not be added after the booking agreement has been processed.
- Lifeguards shall read, abide by, and enforce all pool rules.
- A minimum of two (2) lifeguards shall be on the pool deck supervising all swimmers during the pool party.
