Dear Residents,
As a friendly reminder, before removing any trees on your property, please reach out to the associations management office to ensure compliance with both county regulations and our Association’s governing documents. This simple step helps prevent any unintended violations and protects the beauty and integrity of our community.
Per our Architectural Guidelines:
“No live trees with a diameter in excess of 4 inches (measured 12 inches above ground), or trees over 2 inches in diameter that are generally known as flowering trees or broad leaf evergreens, may be removed without prior approval of the Covenants Committee (CC). The same applies to any live vegetation located on slopes greater than 20% gradient or areas marked as ‘conservation’ on the original plans.”
While dead or dying trees may be removed without prior application, we still encourage residents to consult with an Arborist to ensure proper compliance with County Save-A-Tree ordinances. You can also call the associations management office at 703-771-9355.
